Recruiting agent shot dead in Dhaka

The owner of a recruiting agency was shot to death allegedly by a group of miscreants at Banani in the city on Tuesday night, reports UNB.

The deceased is Siddiqur Rahman Munsi.

Officer-in-charge of Banani police station Farman Ali said a group of hoodlums shot Munsi around 9:00pm, leaving him dead on the spot.

Munsi might have been at loggerheads with the miscreants centering his business, the OC said while talking to journalists.
