Leaked questions of Saturday's Kha-set question paper were found scribbled even on the palms of hands in some places, besides being found on mobile phones.

Invigilators in some cases distributed the leaked question paper among the examinees in the school playground before the exam.

On-duty invigilators allegedly overlooked several incidents where students kept mobile phones with them in exam halls.

In most cases, the leaked questions matched word for word with the original ones.
