4 ‘robbers’ held in Chuadanga

Detectives in a drive arrested four suspected robbers along with four bombs and five sharp weapons from Hoguldanga village in Damurhuda upazila of Chuadanga on Monday night, reports UNB.

The arrestees were identified as Hossain Ali, 27, Lavlu, 32, Selim, 25, and Abdus Samad, 33.

Being tipped-off that a gang of robber was taking preparation for committing robbery, a team of detective police conducted a drive around 10:30pm and arrested the four robbers along with the bombs and sharp weapons, said  Chuadanga DB police sub inspector Ashraful Islam.
