Pilot, 3 crewmembers confirmed dead

The pilot, Abid Sultanand, and three crewmembers of the crashed US-Bangla Airlines flight, were confirmed dead, an official said on Tuesday, reports UNB.
M Delwar Hossain, director general (external affairs) at the ministry of foreign affairs, confirmed the deaths to UNB, quoting Bangladesh embassy in Kathmandu.
Abid Sultan, the pilot of the crashed US-Bangla Airlines flight and the cabin crew KHM Shafey, who sustained injuries in the plane crash, died at Norvic Hospital in Kathmandu on Tuesday morning.
Two other cabin crewmembers co-pilots - Prithula Rashid and Khwaja Hossain - died after the crash on Monday.
Abid Sultan, an experienced pilot, flied 5,000 hours in total and 1,700 hours with the crashed flight.
The US-Bangla Airlines flight BS211, which flew from Dhaka to Kathmandu carrying 67 passengers and four crew members, crashed at Tribhuvan International Airport in the capital of Himalayan country of Nepal on Monday, leaving 49 people.
The plane was carrying 32 passengers from Bangladesh, 33 from Nepal and one each from China and the Maldives.
