RU teacher dies of cardiac arrest in classroom

Rajshahi University's Islamic History and Culture department teacher Sultan Ahmed died of cardiac arrest on Thursday. He was 65.

According to RU authorities, Sultan Ahmed complained of chest pain around 9:00am while taking a class of the 1st year students, reports UNB.

He was first taken to RU medical centre and later shifted to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital (RMCH) where physicians declared him dead around 10:35am.
