Magura road crash kills 2 of a family

A man and his daughter were killed and five others were injured as a bus hit a three-wheeler at Kestopur area in Magura's Sadar upazila on Monday, reports UNB.

The deceased were identified as Mamtaj Ali, 42, and his daughter Sumaiya, 7, of Harispur village in Khalisha upazila.

Officer-in-charge of Magura police station Ilias Hossain said a Jashore bound bus hit a three wheeler around 3:00pm killing the father and his daughter on the spot and injuring five others.

The injured were admitted to Magure General Hospital.

The bodies were sent to hospital morgue for autopsy.
