Youth’s bullet-hit body found in Jashore

Police recovered bullet-hit body of an unidentified young man from Jashore-Rajganj road in Manirampur upazila of Jashore on Wednesday.

The young man might have been killed in a ‘gunfight’ between two groups of robbers, police suspects.

On information, a team of police went to the spot and recovered the body of the youth, aged around 28, around 5:45am, said Manirampur police station officer-in-charge Mokarram Hossain.

One pipe-gun was recovered from the spot, he added.
