Tigers groove to viral song's tune

Ahead of the first T20I match against Afghanistan, the Bangladesh players were seen grooving to the tune of singer Arman Alif's viral song 'Oporadhi' in their dressing room.

The song was ranked on 'YouTube Music Global Top 100' list last week and viewed more than 40 million times. Many singers have also covered the track.

Watching the Tigers' version of 'Oporadhi', Arman Alif told Prothom Alo, "I'm speechless. I'm elated seeing members of Bangladesh cricket team, our pride, singing my song with much enthusiasm."

The Bangladesh cricket team are in India's Dehradun to play a three-match T20 series against Afghanistan.

In a video shared by Shakib Al Hasan on his Instagram account, the Tigers were seen and heard belting out the song 'Oporadhi' in between their practice.

Their edition also went viral after Shakib and his wife Umme Ahmed Shishir shared it on their Facebook profiles on Saturday afternoon.

In Tigers' version of 'Oporadhi', Shakib, Rubel Hossain, Soumya Sarkar, Mehedi Hasan Miraz, Liton Das, Mosaddek Hossain, Abu Hider, Ariful Haque, Abul Hasan, Abu Jayed and Nazmul Islam were seen singing, hand drumming and enjoying the song with dance moves.
