“I am already a ‘superwoman’. I am happy with what I am,” Nusrat Imrose Tisha told Prothom Alo, with a sweet smile on face, in reply to a question on Friday.

The sweetheart of silver screen has been passing busy time, with packed schedules for TV plays on Eid including three serials.

“Viewers will find me in different roles in those plays, comic and romantic,” she said.

Besides the dramas, she has completed shooting for three films- ‘Shonibar Bikel’, ‘Fagun Hawa’ and ‘Holud Bani’.

The actress said, dubbing for ‘Shonibar Bikel’ has been completed while the remaining two would start after Eid.

In a recent Facebook post Tisha wrote she was not acting in noted Indian director Arindam Shil’s upcoming joint venture ‘Balighar’ due to a schedule crisis.

Earlier, Arindam Shil announced the name of the cast for ‘Balighar’ where Tisha was named as one of the protagonists.

“The shooting for ‘Balighar’ was scheduled to begin in March but it didn’t. I was very eager to work in the film. I had to quit because I could not match the schedule. My bad! Anyway, my best wishes for the cast ,” the actress said.

In the interview Tisha talked about Eid-ul-Fitr celebrations and many other things.

The excerpts of rest of  her interview are as follows:

Prothom Alo: What about your Eid vacation?

Tisha: Filming will continue till 15 June. No work after that.

Usually I visit my parents and in-laws on Eid day. That's family time for me.

I spend the next day with friends and relatives.

Prothom Alo: Will you be able to manage time for watching your own plays on TV?

Tisha: That may be little tough. Actually I don’t get enough time for family and friends because of my tight work schedule.

I will try to watch the plays after Eid on YouTube.

Prothom Alo: Which do you prefer, our films being commercially hit in the country or receiving awards at international film fests?

Tisha: Receiving international awards as it represents Bangladesh in the global platform. Such an experience is out of the world.

Prothom Alo: What type of superpower would you like to posses as a superhero?

Tisha: Why superhero? Why not superwoman? I don’t think I want to posses any superpower ever. I am already a superwoman.
