Female fans who are supporting Argentina at ongoing football World Cup must be heartbroken by a piece of news -- one of the most popular TV actors of this generation, Afran Nisho is a Brazil supporter.

Nisho, in an interview with Prothom Alo on Saturday, revealed that he is a diehard fan of football and also the Latin American footballing nation.

The actor has talked about the play, “Road Number 7, Baari Number 13” scheduled to ne aired on Sunday night and his many other things during the interview.

The excerpts of his interview are as follows:

Prothom Alo: How did the viewers react to your Eid dramas?

Afran Nisho: I received huge compliments for ‘Buker Baa Pashe’ directed by Mizanur Aryan. There are positive feedbacks as well for ‘Ferar Path Nei’ by Ashfaq Nipun, ‘Cinema Jibon’ directed by Habib Shakil and ‘Home Tutor’ by Mabrur Rashid.

I try to pick different types of character for Eid dramas. This Eid was no different. I think I did well.

Prothom Alo: How was your Eid celebration?

Afran Nisho: Fantastic! I stayed home during the vacation. I spent a week with my family. My son has turned four now. We went for outing every day. It was a quality time indeed.

I started shooting for a drama from Saturday. It will be aired on Eid-ul-Adha

Prothom Alo: It's world cup season. Are you enjoying the matches?

Afran Nisho: I am a Brazil supporter. Brazil had a blast in the last match. I totally enjoyed that.

Prothom Alo: ‘Road Number 7, Baari Number 13’ will be aired tonight (Sunday night). When was it filmed?

Afran Nisho: Ooh, it's long back- roughly one and a half year. I don't remember exactly.

Prothom Alo: What is the story about?

Afran Nisho: It’s a family drama. Suzana Zafar wll be seen opposite to me.

Prothom Alo: It is said that you keep fighting with directors during shooting, is it true?

Afran Nisho: My intention is nothing but to boost up the standard of work, even if I really fight with the directors.

You may have noticed, I constantly work with the directors who I reportedly fought with. That means, the directors also understand why I fight.

Because, at the end of the day both of us want the best out of it.

Prothom Alo: Who do you keep first among Tisha, Zakia Bari Mamo and Mousumi Hamid?

Afran Nisho: I will put Mamo first. Tisha and Mousumi come later

Prothom Alo: How would you rate yourself on a scale of 1-10?

Afran Nisho: Well, I will give 100 out of 10 to myself. I dated my wife for 14 years before marriage.

It all started in 1998. I got married six years ago.
