Heavy rains likely in 6 divisions
Heavy to very heavy rainfall -- 89mm or more—is likely to occur at places over Rangpur, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Sylhet, Barisal, and Chittagong divisions during the next 24 hours, beginning at 10am on Friday.
Landslides may occur at places over the hilly regions of Chittagong and Sylhet divisions due to the rainfall, the Met office said in a bulletin.
