Maritime ports asked to lower signal

Maritime ports of Chittagong, Cox’s Bazar, Mongla and Payra have been advised to lower signal as the well-marked low over North Bay and adjoining coastal area of Bangladesh weakened into a low over the same area, reports UNB.

Squally weather is unlikely affect over North Bay, coastal regions of Bangladesh and the maritime ports, said a Met office special bulletin on Monday.
