PEC, Ebtedayee exams results Thursday

The results of this year’s Primary Education Completion (PEC) and its equivalent Ebtedayee examinations will be published simultaneously tomorrow.

Primary and mass education Md Mustafizur Rahman will announce the PEC and its equivalent Ebtedayee exams through a press briefing at his ministry at 1:00pm.

Prior to that, the minister will hand over the copies of the results to prime minister Sheikh Hasina at Ganabhaban.

The PEC and its madrasa equivalent Ebtedayee exams began on 20 November and ended on 27 November across the country with the participation of 32,30,288 students.

The examinations took place at 7194 centres across the country and 11 centres abroad.

A total of 29, 30,573 examinees took part in PEC examinations this year. Of them, 13, 46,032 were boys and 15, 84,541 girls.

The number of examinees sat for the Ebtedayee exams were 2, 99,715.

Of them, 1,57,319 were boys and 1,42,396 girls.
