'Narcotics control DD caught in anti-bribe trap'
The Anti-Corruption Commission on Wednesday detained a deputy director of the Narcotics Control Department with what officials claimed as bribe money amounting to Tk 200,000.
The narcotics control official was named as Nazmul Kabir.
He was detained as a trap set by the anti-graft body to catch him, said ACC deputy director (public relations) Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya.
An ACC team caught Nazmul with the said money from Jessore. Details of the incident were not available immediately.
