CNG stations to be shut for 6 hrs during Ramadan
CNG refuelling stations will remain closed for six hours from 5:00pm to 11:00pm during the month of Ramadan, reports UNB.
This was decided at a meeting at Power Division with state minister for power and energy Nasrul Hamid in the chair.
At present, the CNG stations remain closed from 5:00 to 9:00pm.
The meeting asked the power distribution companies to check load shedding during iftar, tarabi prayer and shehri period.
The meeting also advised all to keep the use of electricity at limited level, especially in decoration of market and shopping malls and also suspend operation of steel and re-rolling mills during the peace hours.
