Sramik League leader among 11 sued over BNP leader murder
A case has been filed against 11 people in connection with the murder of BNP leader Shahin, reports UNB.
Aktar Jahan Shilpi, wife of Shahin, filed the case against six identified and five unidentified people with Sadar police station on Tuesday, said SM Badiuzzaman, officer-in-charge of Sadar police station.
Aminul Islam, joint secretary of district unit Sramik League, was among the accused.
On Sunday, Mahbub Alam Shahin, 55, general secretary of sadar upazila BNP, a resident of Jhopgari area, was hacked to death by some miscreants in Nishindra Housing Estate of the district town.
