ACC files 18 cases against 24 people
The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) on Tuesday filed 18 cases against 24 people including seven revenue officers of Chattogram Customs House on charge of their involvement in clearing imported goods without documents and false declaration, dodging tax, reports UNB.
Three ACC officials filed the cases with the Chattogram District Coordination office-1, said ACC public relations officer Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya.
14 businessmen related to import goods and four C&F agents are among the accused.
