US-Bangla starts Doha flights from 1 Oct
US-Bangla Airlines on Tuesday announced flight operation on Dhaka-Chittagong-Doha route from 01 October, reports UNB.
Chief executive officer (CEO) of the Airlines Imran Asif made the announcement at a press conference in a city hotel.
The inaugural flight for Doha will leave Dhaka on 1 October at 6:00pm and leave Chittagong at 7:30pm with Boeing 737-800 aircraft and will reach Doha at 10:30pm (local time).
And from Doha, the flight will leave at 11:30pm (local time) and will land in Chittagong at 8:00am and Dhaka at 9:30 pm on next day.
The flights for Doha will be operated on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
Within two years of its operation, US-Bangla Airlines explored the international arena with Dhaka-Kathmandu route, officials said.
Other than operating within all the airports of the country, it is operating in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Bangkok, Kathmandu, Muscat and Kolkata.
The minimum fare for Dhaka to Doha flight has been fixed initially one way fare for Tk 24,385 and with return, Tk 40,264 and Chittagong to Doha has been fixed one way fare Tk 25,353 and return Tk 41,233 inclusive of all taxes and surcharges.
