JnU admission: List of eligible students for written test published

Jagannath University (JnU) has published a list of students eligible to take part in the written test for honours’ admission under the academic session of 2019-20.

The university published the list of 25,000 eligible students for all units on Wednesday evening.

For eligibility check, earlier the university sought application from admission seekers from 1 to 10 August.

The university authorities have asked the eligible students to apply between 23 August and 2 September for appearing in the written test.

Applicants have to pay Tk 600 each as application fee.

Those who will apply for admission in the music, fine arts, drama and film and television departments will have to pay Tk 500 each.

The students can pay their admission fees through bKash, SureCash, Teletalk and Rocket as per the university instructions.

The admission examination of Unit-1 (Science) will be held on 21 September, Unit-2 (Humanities) on 20 September while Unit-3 (Business) on 14 September.

The examinations will be held in two different slots -- from 10:00am to 11:30am and from 3:00pm to 4:30pm.

The viva-voce of the music, fine arts, drama and film and television departments will be held on 29 September.
