1 killed in Bogura road crash

A motorcyclist was killed and another injured in a road crash in Sariakandi of Bogura on Tuesday evening, reports UNB.

The deceased was identified as Hasib, 25, son of Shafiqul Islam of Kuthibari village of Sariakandi.

According to locals two brothers Hasib and Mehedi Hasan were on a motorcycle that collided head-on with a truck carrying sand.

The injured brothers were taken to Bogura’s Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College and Hospital where the doctor on duty declared Hasib dead, said his uncle Delwar Hossain Dulal.
