Two Supreme Court officials suspended for taking bribes

The Supreme Court administration suspended two officials for defying rules and taking bribes, reports UNB.

The suspended officials are Md Abdur Rashid, commissioner of affidavit in the High Court Division and Khan Md Serajul Islam, affidavit commissioner (current charge) of the High Court Division.

Md Saifur Rahman, representative of SC administration, confirmed the matter and letters regarding this were issued on Thursday.

Divisional cases were filed against them, he said.
