Administrator appointed for Chattogram City

An administrator has been appointed to Chattogram City Corporation. Chattogram City Awami League vice president Mohammad Khorshed Alam Sujan has been appointed to the office.

Local government minister Md Tajul Islam informed newsmen of the matter during a press briefing on Tuesday at his office in the ministry.

So long AZM Nasir Uddin had been the mayor of the Chattogram City Corporation. His term in office ends on Wednesday. The administrator has accordingly been appointed in his stead.
