Four coronavirus patients recover in Barguna

Four coronavirus patients made full recovery on Wednesday after treatment at Barguna General Hospital, reports UNB

With the latest ones, nine coronavirus patients in the district have so far recovered.

MK Azad, a medicine specialist at Barguna General Hospital, said they released the patients after they were found to be negative for COVID-19 in three separate tests.

Currently, two COVID-19 patients are undergoing treatment at the hospital, he added.

The virus, first reported in China in December last year, has infected more than three million people globally and killed over 217,000 of them, according to Johns Hopkins University.
