Phone, internet to remain shut in Motijheel from 8-11 June

The land phone and internet line will remain shut in Motijheel area from June 8 to 11 due to underground cable relocation by Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited (BTCL) for Metro Rail Project.

Bangladesh's telecom authority said this in a press release on Monday, according to UNB news agency.

BTCL also said their telephone services were also remained off during 1-4 June for the underground work at Motijheel.

BTCL was transferring their cables due to the ongoing construction work metro rail project in Motijheel area.
