18 accused over Juba Dal activist killing

18 people have been accused over the December 2017 killing of a Juba Dal activist who was stabbed and shot by ruling party activists coming from an AL procession at Kadamtali area under Sadarghat police station, Chattogram--reports UNB.

Investigation officer of the case submitted a charge sheet accusing 18 pro-Awami League men to the prosecution department of a Chattogram court on Sunday said Nejam Uddin, the OC of Sadarghat police station.

On 3 December 2017, some people from a AL-procession stabbed and shot Harun, a Jubo Dal activist and transport owner entering his business joint in the area leaving him dead.
