Ex-lovers found dead

The hanging bodies of a youth and his ex-lover were recovered from Paschim Pirichpur village in Sribordi upazila of Sherpur on Friday, reports UNB.

Locals said deceased Monir Hossain, 26, and Kalpana Akter, 22 are residents of Paschim Pirichpur village and had a relationship before both of them were married off with different persons.

Quoting locals, police said Monir's family forced him into marriage with another girl about a year and a half ago and the couple has been blessed with a child while Kalpana was also married off.

Kalpana returned to her parent's house a few days ago and allegedly contacted Monir. Their bodies were recovered the next day.
