Oil depot catches fire in Chattogram

A fire broke out at an oil depot in Fauzdarhat of Sitakundu upazila in Chattogram on Wednesday afternoon, reports UNB.

Jashim Uddin, Chattogram divisional deputy assistant of fire service and civil defence, said that the fire broke out around 2.15pm and engulfed two adjoining vehicle showrooms too.

On information, three fire-fighting units of the fire service and a vehicle of the Navy are working to douse the blaze.
