Female school teacher hacked dead in Natore

A female primary school teacher was stabbed to death by some miscreants at Gopinathpur in Gurudaspur upazila on Tuesday night.

The deceased is Latifa Helen Manzu, an assistant teacher of Brikasho Govt. Primary School and a resident of the area, reports UNB.

Union Parishad chairman Shaukat Rana quoiting the family members said a group of miscreants stormed into the house and stabbed Manzu with sharp weapon indiscriminately and dumped her into the nearby pond at around 10:00pm.

The victim's mother traced the body in the pond and informed the police.
