IVAC awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification for service quality

Indian Visa Application Centre (IVAC) at Jamuna Future Park was awarded ISO 9001:2015 quality certification for its consistent high quality service delivery, reports UNB.

The IVAC, managed by SBI, was awarded quality certification on Thursday, said the High Commission on Friday.

India currently has 15 visa application centres in Bangladesh – nine of them were started last year.

The High Commission said, it issued 1.5 million visas to Bangladeshis in 2019, the highest for any single country.
