Bomb explodes on DU campus
A crude bomb exploded near the Madhur Canteen on Dhaka University campus on Monday morning, reports UNB.
The bomb went off around 11:30am, said DU proctor AKM Golam Rabbani.
The proctor said it might be an attempt of those who are trying to desatabilise the campus and the university authorities will take necessary action.
On 30 December, a crude bomb blast was reported from near the Madhur Canteen which left a canteen employee injured.
On 29 December, three crude bombs exploded near the Madhur Canteen.
Besides, a live crude bomb was recovered from near the Madhur Canteen on 26 December.
