Dhaka University (DU) authorities on Tuesday published the names of 63 students who were expelled for getting enrolled at the university through fraudulent means, reports news agency UNB.
The accused students enrolled at the university adopting unfair means in the admission tests from 2012-13 to 2017-18 academic sessions, according to the list signed by DU controller (exams) Md. Bahalul Haque.
The list was sent to each hall and faculty of those students, said DU proctor professor AKM Golam Rabbani.

DU students, led by Dhaka University Central Students’ Union (DUCSU) member Tanbir Hasan Shaikat, on Monday gave the authorities a five-day ultimatum for publishing the names of the expelled students.

On 28 January, the DU authorities expelled the 63 students.
