AL issues show cause notice to Gazipur mayor
The ruling Awami League (AL) has issued a show-cause notice to Gazipur city AL general secretary and mayor of Gazipur city corporation Zahangir Alam Sarkar for violating organisational disciplines, reports BSS.
AL office secretary Barrister Biplob Barua confirmed the matter saying that a show cause notice signed by party general secretary Obaidul Quader has been issued to Zahangir Alam.
Zahangir Alam has been asked to respond to the show cause notice within the next 15 days.
