Shopping malls to open from Sunday amid lockdown

Shopping malls and shops will open from 25 April (Sunday) from 10:00am to 5:00pm. The Cabinet Division has issued a notification in this regard on Friday.

According to the notification, the shops can be kept open in compliance with the hygiene rules.

The second phase of lockdown across the country to prevent coronavirus infection started on Thursday. It will continue till 28 April.
