Customers of leading telecom operator Grameenphone joined the ‘HelloGP programme’ at its Dhanmondi centre on Monday and made queries about its services.

Grameenphone organised the HelloGP, to improve the quality of services and customers’ experience through interactions and direct feedbacks from the subscribers.

“I got some problems using GP SIM so I came here. I think GP internet has been costlier compared to that of other telecom companies,” Mahid said during the interaction with Grameenphone chief executive officer Michael Foley.

Rashed said he has been using GP SIM for 20 years. “I have come here to convert my previous SIM to 4G-enabled SIM,” he added.

Another customer, Sonia said she was looking for “more flexible offer that I can afford to run”.

During the session broadcast live on Facebook, the Grameenphone CEO and his team listened to the customers who raised various challenges faced by them.

“We’ve been working for last few years to simplify our services based on customers’ feedback and have worked to significantly improve customer experience on our network,” said Michael Foley appreciating the customers’ feedbacks.

Future sessions of HelloGP will be conducted throughout the country with teams led by the CEO and deputy CEO of Grameenphone, said a news release issued after Monday’s session.
