Bangladesh Media Forum gets registered

Bangladesh Media Forum (BMF), a unique platform for advertisers, agencies and media channels in the country, has recently got the registration from Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms of Bangladesh government under the societies registration act XXI of 1860.

BMF president Md Morshed Alam said the forum will continue to operate its activities as an independent, nonprofit and progressive media research and implementation platform.

He conveyed gratitude to all the advisers, founding members, supporters and well-wishers for their cooperation, hoping to work towards a great future of the media industry in Bangladesh.

The founding committee members of Bangladesh Media Forum are:

In the last three years, BMF has been working to creating 'a platform where Bangladeshi media community can discuss, debate, and plan a more transparent and accountable media industry towards progress'.

The Forum has taken different steps to promote the best practices towards commercial media management, educating and enhancing capability of the media industry professionals, developing data-centric approach and promoting credible measurement system across media platforms (TV, print, radio, digital etc).
