BRAC Bank, Akij Group sign ‘employee banking service agreement’

BRAC Bank Limited will provide salary disbursement and all retail loan facilities like credit card, home loan, auto loan and personal loan to the employees of Akij Group’s three concerns.

Employees of Akij Group’s Akij Securities Limited, Akij Automotive Limited and Akij CNG Station Limited will enjoy the banking services under an agreement signed between BRAC Bank and Akij Group on 16 June 2019 at BRAC Bank head office in Dhaka.

AZ Kamruzzaman, chief operating officer of Akij Securities Limited, exchanged the ‘employee banking service agreement’ with Tareq Refat Ullah Khan, head of corporate banking of BRAC Bank Limited.

The senior officials from both of the corporate houses were present in the event including Sheikh Mohammad Ashfaque, regional head at Dhaka central and southeast region, Khondker Emdadul Haq, head of employee banking, AKM Tareq, regional head at Dhaka east region, Arifuzzaman, area head and branch manager at Motijheel Branch, and Siraj Siddiquey, head of digital banking and e-commerce of BRAC Bank Limited.
