Hero customer care service in progress

Good news for Hero motorcycle users as Hero MotoCorp has launched its yearly customer care week at 169 servicing points across Bangladesh.

The week that lasts from 15 to 22 September was inaugurated by chief marketing officer of Niloy Motors Limited, Abu Aslam, at Hero MotoCorp's Tejgaon showroom on Saturday.

Hero bike and scooter customers can benefit from two free future services upon the purchase of one service, eight per cent discount on spare parts and five per cent discount on engine oils during the customer care service week, says a press release.

The head of sales of Niloy Notors Limited, Bodroddoza, also, the head of service was also present at the press conference.

In his speech, according to the press statement, chief guest of the event, Abu Aslam, assured Hero customers of providing quality service to care for their motorbikes and scooters to become a dependable brand.

"In addition to manufacturing high quality two-wheeler, Hero's focus on providing after-sales service is on top priority on our business philosophy. As an extension of that philosophy we have arranged the customer care week," he was quoted as saying in the press release.

"I invite all Hero users to come to our service centres to benefit from our customer care week running across the country," he added.

Over eight million Hero motorcycles and scooters have been sold around the world since the company's inception in 1984. Hero bikes are being sold in 37 countries across Asia, Africa, South and Central Americas.

Hero MotoCorp currently operates seven manufacturing plants out of which five are located in India, one in Colombia and one in Bangladesh.
