BTRC slashes int’l incoming call termination rate

Bangladesh Telecommunication and Regulatory Commission (BTRC) has fixed its international incoming call termination rate Tk 0.51 per minute from the existing Tk 1.5.

The BTRC revised the international incoming call termination rate to one third, said its senior assistant director Jakir Hossain Khan while talking to UNB on Sunday.

The BTRC has recently sent letters to IGW Operators Forum including International Gateway Services (IGW) and Interconnection Exchange (ICX) after revising the international incoming call termination rate.
