IAFM workshop on storytelling begins 24 July
International Academy of Film and Media has organised a virtual workshop on storytelling for screens.
The event, scheduled to begin on 24 July, will feature four classes on the theory and techniques of becoming a good storyteller or screenwriter, according to a press release of the institution.
Titled Storytelling Masterclasses, the workshop will be conducted by Italian screenwriter Giovanni Robbiano who is also a member of European Film Academy.
The aim of the workshop is to help filmmakers and others learn the idea about story, story elements, character, story structure and plot, the press release reads.

“That will help the participants to write good film script. We will provide course materials, related films, books and others. They will get course certificate after completing the course,” it says.
Interested candidates have been asked to get themselves registered for the course within 23 July.
