Rain likely to continue until Monday morning

Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) on Sunday predicted rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind at some places over the country in 24 hours until tomorrow morning, reports BSS.

“Rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at a few places over Dhaka, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions and at one or two places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barishal and Mymensingh divisions,” said a BMD press release this morning.

Night temperature may fall by (1-2) degrees Celsius while day temperature may rise slightly over the country during the period, it added.
