Temperature across the country will increase by one to three degree Celsius, according to the meteorological department.

The overall temperature across the country fell during the last two-three days due to cyclone Fani. The overall temperature decreased by seven to eight degrees Celsius during this period and the rain turned the weather considerably comfortable.

Fani hit India's Odisha on Friday morning and crossed Bangladesh on Saturday. The cyclonic storm got weakened in north-eastern section of India. As the storm is over, the temperature has begun to increase again.

The met department has forecast that the temperature may rise by one to three degree Celsius in Dhaka Sunday and the weather will remain dry. But wind may blow with a 10-15kmh speed from the south and south-west.

There is no possibility of rain at present. There might be brief spells of rain in some places. In Sylhet and Mymensingh, it could rain more, said meteorologist Arif Hossain. The next seven days are likely to see less rain, he added.
