Kohli is Tamim's next Facebook Live guest

After opener Rohit Sharma, Indian captain Virat Kohli will be Tamim Iqbal’s next guest on Monday night’s Facebook ‘adda’, reports news agency UNB.

The live session will start from 10:30pm.

Kohli will go live for the first time on social media on the Tamim's official Facebook page and YouTube channel. Last week, Tamim’s guests were Rohit Sharma and former South African captain Faf du Plessis.

Amid the global coronavirus outbreak, a number of sportsmen across the world have been going live on social media to share their updates, memories and some of their unknown stories with fans, or alert them about the pandemic.

Tamim had already brought different guests from home and abroad in his previous episodes on social media.

He came to live in the first two sessions with former Bangladesh skipper cum wicket-keeper batsman Mushfiqur Rahim and the T20 captain Mahmudullah Riyad respectively on Instagram.

Later, Tamim moved the show to his Facebook and Youtube channel where former Bangladesh ODI captain Mashrafe Bin Mortaza, pacers Taskin Ahmed and Rubel Hossain, Test captain Mominul Haque, Liton Dad and Soumya Sarkar appeared.

Tamim also invited three former Bangladesh skippers Khaled Mahmud, Habibul Bashar and Naimur Rahman as his guests to share the past history of Bangladesh Cricket.

Tamim started his live video chat shows on 2 May to keep fans entertained with inside stories and anecdotes at a time when all sporting activity has come to a halt due to the coronavirus pandemic.
