Day one of Bangladesh-New Zealand 2nd Test washed out

Persistent rain ruled out any play on day one of the second Test between New Zealand and Bangladesh in Wellington on Friday.

Further showers were forecast for Saturday morning, with the weather expected to improve later in the day.

New Zealand lead the three-match series after winning the first Test in Hamilton by an innings and 52 runs.
