Bangladesh will be batting first in their crunch World Cup tie against Afghanistan at Southampton on Monday.

The Tigers welcome back Mohammad Saifuddin and Mosaddek Hossain as Rubel Hossain and Sabbir Rahman make way.

Afghanistan have brought in Dawlat Zardan and Samiullah Shinwari in place of Hazratullah Zazai and Aftab Alam.

Afghanistan have lost all the six games they have played so far, but they will be confident after giving favourites India a run for their money at the same venue two days back.

Bangladesh are now sixth in the table with five points. A win today will keep their hopes of a semifinal berth alive. Failing to do so will be a massive blow to their last four dreams.
