Bangladesh national team all-rounder Mahmudullah Riyad is set to make an appearance in the next match of Chattogram Challengers in the Bangabandhu Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), reports UNB.

He missed the first two games of his side due to injuries.

In a statement on Friday, Challengers said the all-rounder met all fitness requirements and was fully fit to play.

In his absence, Emrit led the Challengers in the first two games where they won one and lost the other.

The Challengers will play their next game at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur, Dhaka against Rangpur Rangers.

Mahmudullah last played in the Kolkata Test in the recently ended Bangladesh tour to India where he sustained a hamstring injury that forced him to retire while batting.

The right-handed all-rounder played a total of 203 T20 matches and accumulated 3,627 runs with 12 fifties and picked up 99 wickets.
