38th BCS preliminary test results published

The results of the 38th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) preliminary examinations have been published.

A total of 16,286 candidates passed the preliminary test this time, who will now appear in the written examinations, Bangladesh Public Service Commission (PSC) chairman Muhammad Sadique told Prothom Alo on Wednesday.

A total of 389,468 candidates filed applications for the preliminary test.

According to the PSC, a total of 2,024 class one cadre officers will be appointed in the public administration through the 38th BCS.
