British Council organises workshop on entrepreneurship
British Council in association with Ra'dia Inc and Bangladesh UK Alumni Association (BUKAN) is set to organise a workshop named ‘Entrepreneurship Vista’.
The workshop will be held at the British Council auditorium on the Dhaka University campus between 2:30pm and 6:30pm on 29 September, says a press release.
BUKAN, an initiative of the British Council in Bangladesh, works for the formation and strengthening of a common platform for all the UK alumni in the country.
The ‘Entrepreneurship Vista’ will be a hub of aspiring entrepreneurs where the participants will get adequate knowledge regarding starting and excelling in a business venture and an experience-sharing platform from the domain experts and entrepreneurs, the release added.
One hundred participants will be selected at the event through a scrutiny process based on inclusivity, diversity and empathy between the ages of 20 to 35.
The free workshop will be conducted on how social-driven entrepreneurial idea can be instrumental towards achieving the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) alongside female participation.
