IU online application deadline for admission extended

The authorities of the Islamic University (IU) have extended the date of its online application process for first year honours courses under 2018-19 academic sessions, says UNB.

The decision was taken at an emergency meeting of the central admission test committee with IU Vice-chancellor professor M Harun-Ur-Rashid Askari in the chair, said IU acting registrar SM Abdul Latif on Thursday.

According to the decision, admission seekers can register themselves till 12 October. Earlier the dateline was 10 October.

The admission tests will begin on 1 November and will continue till 4 November, he added.
