19 injured in BCL factional clash at JnU

At least 19 people, including a journalist, were injured during a turf war between two groups of ruling Awami League’s student front Bangladesh Chhatra League on the campus of Jagannath University on Monday, reports UNB.

The journalist is Latiful Islam, campus correspondent of Daily Samakal.

Witnesses said members of Chhatra League's suspended committee were attacked by their rival group around noon at Shanto Chattar, triggering a pitched battle.
