166 more test coronavirus positive in Chattogram
A total of 166 more people were diagnosed as coronavirus positive after testing 451 samples in last 24 hours in the four COVID-19 laboratories in Chattogram division, raising the number of COVID-19 patients to 1647 only in the district, reports BSS.

Civil surgeon Sheikh Fazle Rabbi told BSS that a total of 62 people were found coronavirus positive afresh after testing 246 samples at BITID laboratory in last 24 hours.
98 more new COVID-19 patients were identified at Chattogram Medical College Hospital (CMCH) lab after testing 140 samples during the same period.
On the other hand, six coronavirus patients of Lohagara upazila of Chattogram district were detected at Cox’s Bazar Medical College Hospital after testing 15 samples.
Besides, no positive patient detected at Chattogram Veterinary and Animal Science University (CVASU) lab after testing 50 samples, sources said.
So far, 52 people died of COVID-19 in Chattogram district while 150 persons were released from the hospital after treatment in last 24 hours, they added.
